The project enhances the quality of the existing workspaces and creates a harmonious dialogue between the building and its context; the construction of new offices on the ground floor radically transforms the work environment and the building's relationship with the urban context.
The intervention focuses on creating functional, luminous spaces, and enhancing the interaction between interior and exterior.
The facade regeneration, a key element of the project, relies on the installation of vertical louvers, which give the building a contemporary aesthetic and significantly contribute to the interior comfort by regulating solar light exposure.
The large continuous windows that characterize the building’s perimeter deliver visual transparency and abundant natural light to the interior, while the transformation of the former parking areas into lush green spaces introduces nature into the heart of the project.
The glazed light wells around which the meeting rooms are articulated, are a distinctive element that further promotes the building’s integration into its context. These luminous and welcoming spaces promote collaboration and the well-being of the workers.
