Villa Sarah

The design idea stems from the desire to transform an existing residential area into an oasis of tranquillity and exclusivity, where the quality of life is central to every choice.

The fundamental element of the project is the creation of a large communal park, conceived as the true heart of the complex. The green space is not intended as a mere backdrop to the buildings, but as a place for meeting, relaxation, and socialization for the residents.

The design of the park makes use of different tree species to filter views and create a private, welcoming environment, establishing continuity with the surrounding landscape.

The buildings are characterized by a contemporary and minimalist design that integrates harmoniously with the park. The facades feature large glazed surfaces that foster a powerful connection between the exterior and the interior, creating luminous environments seamlessly connected to the outdoors. Large balconies, terraces, and pergolas effectively extend the living spaces toward the landscape and offer residents generous opportunities for outdoor living.
