CREMASCHI ASSOCIATI is an integrated design firm that offers technical architecture and engineering services, assisting public and private clients throughout the entire design process, from conception to on-site implementation and construction.
THE FIRM: Innovation and Tradition Since 1970
CREMASCHI ASSOCIATI grew out of the experience of specialized professionals who continue the activity of the Cremaschi office, founded in 1970.
It brings together a multidisciplinary team with a national and international focus, resulting from over forty years of experience in industrial, commercial, office, and residential design sectors.
The work group is led by three partners – the architects Guido Cremaschi, Marco Martini, and Francesco Cavallera – and employs over 20 internal and external professionals: a client-focused, multidisciplinary team capable of offering integrated architecture and engineering services to both public and private clients, following the entire design process through to on-site construction.
In recent years, a structured internationalization strategy has been pursued, which has allowed the firm to:
· Reorganize the firm into four specialized technical areas: Infrastructure & Industry, Commercial, Residential and Public Projects;
· Incorporate professionals with consolidated international experience, in order to accelerate the acquisition of technical and intercultural skills;
· Strengthen collaborations with firms active abroad, which have now evolved into continuous and strategic partnerships.
THE WORK METHOD: Flexibility, Efficiency, and Sustainability
The organization of the project and the simultaneous management of multiple stakeholders is achieved by providing the client with a team of professionals led by a Project Manager. This manager acts as the interface and permanent reference point, from the conceptual design phase to the final delivery.
The primary goal is to design in a flexible, efficient, and sustainable way, starting from an in-depth analysis of the end-user’s needs.
The Project Manager organizes the work of the design team using management software for planning, resource allocation, schedule verification, budget management, and workload analysis.
Integrated design between architecture and engineering is achieved by employing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to create and manage projects efficiently.
The design process is managed by the BIM Manager and a BIM Coordinator dedicated to the specific project, while the construction of the parametric model is carried out by a team of BIM SPECIALISTS whose size varies according to the project’s needs.
Relationships with clients and contracting authorities are guaranteed and made effective through constant coordination between the operational models of the different disciplines and the rigorous validation of informative content using dedicated software. These tools provide support during the entire construction cycle of the work, anticipating critical issues and minimizing negative impacts on schedules and performance.
